REFRESH
A T T H E U N I V E R S I T Y O F O K L A H O M A
REFRESH is a weekly meet-up on the OU campus where students gather together, talk life, read scripture, and pray together. It’s a casual, living room setting where anybody can come, relax, and make connections.
Many students come to college and find themselves struggling with loneliness, anxiety, depression, and stress. We want REFRESH to be an anchor-point that disrupts the spiral and helps students thrive. Simply put, we want to be your family on campus.
Gather and REFRESH with us on Mondays @ 6:30pm.

AUTHENTIC.
Genuine worship.
Authentic fellowship.
Living true to the Word of God.
Bringing the acts of the first-century apostles into the present day.
And above all, living and loving like Jesus.
“The hour is coming, and is now here, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for the Father is seeking such people to worship Him.” —John 4:23
SPIRIT-LED.
We want to follow after the Spirit of God.
Miracles, signs, and wonders.
Lives changed.
Chains broken.
People saved.
None of it can happen without the Holy Ghost. We want to be Spirit-filled and Spirit-led.
“And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my Spirit on all flesh” —Joel 2:28
FAMILY.
Your support structure on campus.
Find a living room setting where you can come, relax, and talk life. The college transition can be tough, but we’re here to be in your corner and help you thrive on campus.
“Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.” —Galatians 6:2

-
We meet Mondays at 6:30pm in David L. Boren Lounge at Oklahoma Memorial Union, second floor. Follow our socials for any potential week-to-week relocations or cancellations.
-
Meetings last 75-90 minutes, but everyone is free to hang out as long as they'd like after the meeting "officially" ends.
-
We kick-off with food/snacks and casual convos. Then we dig into a discussion topic. It's a different topic each week. We usually read various related scriptures, ask related questions. and discuss from there. The format isn't rigid, we want it to feel like a real conversation. At the end, we spend some time in prayer together, and then the meeting is "dismissed" but people are free to keep the convo going for as long as they like.
